Refund Policy
1. Free Trial
Rampwin offers a 14-day free trial to all new clients, allowing them to explore and evaluate our platform before committing to a paid subscription. During this trial period, you can fully experience our services without any charges.
2. No Refund on Subscription Payments
Once a client subscribes to Rampwin after the free trial and completes the payment, we do not offer any refunds under normal circumstances. Since the subscription grants immediate access to our platform and services, all payments are considered final and non-refundable.
3. Exception: Technical Usability Issues
A refund may only be considered if a client is completely unable to use Rampwin due to technical issues caused by our system and not resolved within a reasonable time. To request a refund under this exception, the following conditions must be met:

The client must report the issue to our support team at support@rampwin.com within 7 days of the issue occurring.

Our technical team must verify that the issue is solely due to Rampwin’s system failure and not related to the client’s network, device compatibility, or misconfiguration.

If the issue remains unresolved despite our efforts, we may process a refund at our discretion.
4. Cancellation of Subscription
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time, but cancellation does not entitle them to a refund. The service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which no further charges will be applied.
